IN-PERSON EVENTS:
- Tell us a date and let us know how many are in your posse
- We arrive with all supplies
- Guests choose designs
- We paint or assist guests live during your event
ONLINE:
- Submit an inquiry, once accepted
- Mail us your boots or choose from our selection
- Select your customization and give as much detail as possible
- Design style
- Color palette
- Personalization (initials, symbols, etc.)
- Receive Your Order Confirmation
- Your order number
- Your customization summary
- Estimated delivery timeline
- We Get to Work
- Our artists begin hand‑painting your order with care and attention to detail. You’ll receive updates as your piece moves through production.
- Shipping & Delivery
- Once your item is complete, we’ll package it safely and ship it to your door. You’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey. Please allow 2-4 weeks for customization and shipping. Expediting can be done upon inquiry!
